Punishments

The season's last place is on the record for every year since 2017; 2014 to 2016 are lost with the rest of those seasons. What the league made the sacko do is written down for one year only, in the league sheet's own note on 2022. Every other year waits on the league's memory.

The sacko is the last place in the regular season, which is how the league sheet has recorded it since 2017 and how the constitution states it. How the punishment is chosen each year, and by whom: [how the punishment is set].
